At our clinic, your health is a team effort. That’s why we’re thrilled to now offer Virtual Personal Training as part of our comprehensive care approach. Together with your doctor, nutritional guidance, and health coaching, fitness training adds another essential piece to your wellness plan.


Our one-on-one training sessions are personalized and designed to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall body function. Whether your goal is weight loss, building muscle, supporting bone health, or simply moving with more confidence, your training will be tailored to your needs and abilities.


Many people wonder if virtual sessions can really deliver the same results as in-person training. The answer is yes. With real-time coaching, form correction, and customized workouts, you’ll receive the same professional attention you would in a gym setting without ever leaving home. The best part is you don’t need a home gym to get started. Many clients use only bodyweight movements or household items, although the trainer can also incorporate dumbbells, resistance bands, or other tools if you already have them. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a reliable internet connection. Setup is simple, and we’ll guide you through it.


With over 20 years of experience and a NASM-CPT certification, our personal trainer, Angie Chandler brings expert knowledge and motivational support to every session. Accountability and encouragement are built into the program, with progress tracked through strength, flexibility, endurance, and other markers to keep you motivated. If you miss a session, rescheduling is easy.  Privacy is always respected, sessions are one-on-one and secure.

Meet Your Trainer: Angie Chandler, NASM-CPT

Angie Chandler is a certified personal trainer, nutrition educator, and health coach with over 20 years of experience helping people discover their strength—inside and out. With a compassionate and evidence-based approach, Angie designs safe, inclusive, and purposeful fitness programs tailored to meet each individual’s needs, abilities, and goals.


All sessions are offered virtually, giving you the flexibility and convenience to train from the comfort of your own home. Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after time away, or looking to enhance your current routine, Angie provides thoughtful guidance and encouragement every step of the way.


She believes movement is more than exercise—it’s a pathway to confidence, health, and joy. Her philosophy is simple: “If you have a body and a good pair of shoes, you have everything you need to get started.”


Drawing on more than two decades of experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, Angie combines proven training methods with motivational coaching to foster resilience, confidence, and lasting results.

Will virtual training actually work?
Yes! Virtual training is just as effective as in-person training when it’s guided by a qualified coach. Your trainer will give you step-by-step direction, watch your form on video, and adjust your workouts in real time.


Will my workouts be customized to me?
Absolutely. Every program is individualized for your fitness level, goals, and any injuries or limitations you may have. No cookie-cutter workouts.

Pricing is competitive with in-person training but offers added convenience.


What if I need to reschedule?
We understand life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled easily.


Will my information and video be private?

How will I know if I’m making progress?
