Due to the volume of calls we receive, the best and quickest way to schedule a new patient appointment is as follows:
- Contact your insurance company to make sure that you have “Naturopathic Specialty Coverage” and that Dr. Natalie Colicci is in your network.
- Once you have confirmed your coverage, please follow the link below to fill out the appointment form completely and submit. This is a HIPAA compliant and secure form.
- Once submitted, we will call you within 1-2 business days to schedule your appointment.
IMPORTANT: If you do not have Naturopathic Specialty Coverage or if Dr. Natalie Colicci is not in your network, you will be responsible for the appointment fees at time of service. Please review the fee schedule below:
- 1st Appt – Comprehensive Visit: $300-$500
- 2nd Appt – Nutritional Visit: $275.00
- Follow up Visits (30 Min): $150.00 – appointment time beyond 30 min will be billed accordingly.
